Valerie is a member of the Full Potential Partners team, based in London. She joined Montagu in 2022 from Mundipharma, where she spent 2 years designing their global Compliance programme. Prior to this, Valerie spent 12 years working across multiple functions in GSK, leading risk and compliance programmes and operational delivery. Previously, Valerie held global positions in Masterfoods and P&G. Valerie has a BSc in Management Science with Computing from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
