Olivia is a member of the Full Potential Partners team, based in London. She joined Montagu in 2020 from Egon Zehnder’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice, where she focussed on executive and board search for venture-backed businesses. Prior to Egon Zehnder, Olivia began her career as a Research Associate at executive search and board development firm, Fidelio Partners, where she worked on assignments across multiple sectors. Olivia holds a Bacheor’s degree in German and Russian from the University of Cambridge.
