Jan-Paul is a member of the Full Potential Partners team, based in London. He joined Montagu in January 2022 from BluJay Solutions, a leader in SaaS solutions for supply chain, where he was responsible for the EMEA region. Prior to this, JP spent over 20 years in Sales Leadership roles at a variety of PE and publicly owned B2B technology companies, including at EdgeVerve, Steelwedge, and Manhattan Associates. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Master’s in international management from CEMS/HEC.
