In September 2019, we brought together women from across our 14 portfolio companies and 5 Montagu offices at our inaugural Women in Leadership Conference in London.
I feel privileged that Montagu wishes to invest time, money and resources in personal development and the exchange of knowledge among its portfolio companies.
I left the Women in Leadership Conference empowered and even more courageous to be a woman with a voice in leadership.
Led by Diana Theodores, Boardwalk Leadership and Helen Lucas, Communication Means, we focussed on how to manage energy in different situations so that we use it most effectively.
This conference was the first event in an ambitious programme to attract, develop and grow our female talent internally and across our portfolio. We are passionate about creating a culture where everybody can thrive and achieve their full potential. Watch this space for future events.
