We supported CliniSys’s management to:
- Strengthen the sales and development teams, and further develop their processes in order to capture a number of new customer wins and to address the growing demand for software to support emerging networks of laboratories
- Complete the transformational acquisition of MSC Germany completing the pan-European footprint of the business
In 2016 we sold CliniSys to Roper, a US-based IT Group.
